Managing Director
Kyaw Ni Khin has more than 10 years of hotel management and engineering experience both in Myanmar and overseas. Kyaw Ni Khin focuses on providing technical assistance for hotel design & development and project management with a proven track record in Myanmar including the successful Hotel @ Tharabar Gate in Bagan, the Hotel by the Red Canal and the Mandalay City Hotel both in Mandalay. Well-versed in Myanmar legal framework, his practice also includes hotel pre-acquisition due diligence and owner representation. In 2001, Kyaw Ni Khin founded a hotel school and established his own firm to provide hotel consulting services. Kyaw Ni Khin earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) Degree from the Rangoon Institute of Technology.

Elvis Chong
Principal Consultant
Elvis has over 12 years of regional hotel management experience including in Myanmar. His breadth of experience covers hotel planning and management, human resource development, business and corporate development. Elvis’ area of focus is in strategic planning and organizational development including specializing in hotel pre-opening management. As a hospitality practitioner and educator, he has considerable training and education background to balance his overall hospitality expertise. Elvis earned a Master of Business Administration Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Nanyang Business School and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Management from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
